1 Function of imageload.net
imageload.net enables users to upload and store photo data online. Users themselves can determine which individuals may access their photos by making a photo "public" or not. If a user chooses to make a photo public, he or she allows imageload.net to display the photo to the public and to make it available to third parties on the internet.
By uploading images, imageload.net obtains all necessary rights for storing and displaying images, texts and other data contained in sites and albums on imageload.net. This happens without payment and claims for the copyright owner.
imageload.net cannot guarantee the availability of its service. imageload.net retains the right to delete or edit images, text or other data without notice.
2 User Obligations
The following types of files may not be uploaded:
- Pornographic files.
- Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any laws.
- Files that harm copyrights.
- Files intending to harass or spam, or promote anything for commercial profit.
Uploading abusive files may result in the immediate termination of the user's ability to use imageload.net and all files and accounts related to the abusive files will be subject to deletion. imageload.net reserves the right to log user IPs and report them to authorities. The user is responsible for all consequences resulting from his or her mis-use and violation of the terms of use provided by imageload.net and from his or her failure to comply with the terms of the agreed contract.

3 Legal Policy
All files are © to their respective owners. imageload.net directs full legal responsibility of files to their respective users. imageload.net is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.
4 Limitation of Liability
User agrees that the use of imageload.net's services is entirely at user's own risk. imageload.net makes no guarantee of availability of service and reserves the right to change, withdraw, suspend, or discontinue any functionality or feature of imageload.net's services.
5 Changes to Terms of Use
