Q: How can I upload more than one photo at a time?
A: Hold down Ctrl or Shift to select several photos, or use your mouse to drag a box around the photos you need. Note that anonymous users can only upload 5 images at a time.
Q: I can't upload photos.
A: Click "switch to classic uploader" select a different upload method. If you are still experiencing problems, please contact us at support@imageload.net and we will try to help you.
Q: Which file types are allowed?
A: Currently jpeg, jpg, png, gif and bmp are supported.
Q: How can I change the order of the photos in an album?
A: You can change the order of photos in an album by using your mouse to drag and drop them wherever you like. You can also move an image to another page in an album by clicking on the move buttons beneath each image.
Q: How can I move a photo to another album?
A: When in overview mode inside "my imageload", select the image you want to move and press the "Move selected" button at the bottom of the page and select the album you wish to move it to.
Q: How do I change the name of a photo or an album?
A: Click on "edit title" or "edit" and you will get to create a new name.
Q: Can I choose which photo will appear as the main thumbnail of an album?
A: The photo that comes first in an album is automatically selected to be shown as the main thumbnail. You can change this photo by selecting "settings" right beside the album in "my imageload".
Q: How can I share my albums with friends and family?
A: You can click on the "share" icon positioned right on top of the album in "my imageload". You can copy and paste the URL of your album there.
Q: How can I view other users' albums? Can I exhibit my albums to the general public?
A: You can always click on a user's name when viewing pages like Explore or viewing a single image. You are then able to view all albums a user has created, but only if they are set public. Your albums are set to public by default. To stop your albums and images from being seen by other users, deselect the "public" box in "my imageload" under "settings" when viewing an album.

Q: Who can see my albums?
A: Anybody. Your albums are set to public by default. To stop your albums and images from being seen by other users, deselect the "public" box in "my imageload" under "settings" when viewing an album.
Q: Can I protect my albums with a password?
A: No. We plan to do so soon.

Q: How many photos can I have in one album?
A: You can have up to [100] photos in an album.
Q: How many albums can I have in my profile?
A: You can have up to [50] albums in one user profile.
Q: What is the maximum size of a photo I can upload?
A: You can upload a photo with a maximum size of [30000] kb.
